Others may feel they do not have the ability nor time to settle a case without legal professional assistance. In this case our Service desk can, if needed, refer you/your organization to a Lawyer, Barrister, Sollicitor or Attorney registered with e-Court. Just send an email via info@e-court.co.nl Alternative, we suggest you view representation. When choosing your own legal professional just ensure your counsel registers with e-Court.

e-Court handles most civil disputes common to Individuals and medium size & small businesses in accordance with either the common law and/or the civil-law traditions in the Netherlands. e-Court shall not consider bankruptcy law, criminal matters, fiscal and administrative matters.

After finishing her Bachelor study in Dutch law, B.G graduated for the Master International and European law at the University of Utrecht. B.G started her career as an attorney in 2010 at a niche law firm in Amsterdam. Here she gained extensive experience in employment law by advising and litigating in employment disputes. Her practice has been targeted particularly towards reorganizations, dismissals and unlawful competition disputes. Also, she has been engaged in cases concerning contract law and commercial litigation.

B.G expertise : Product liability is a challenging practice area because it involves technical details, which are unique to each case and each product. B.G believes: "Litigation is inherently challenging. Helping clients find solutions to their business disputes is an even bigger challenge. Franchise law is interesting because practitioners often handle complex legal issues while working with familiar businesses that we encounter in our everyday lives"

After reading law at the Erasmus University (Master Business Law) in Rotterdam, J.B wrote a second thesis (�Japanese and Dutch Trademark Law, a legal Comparison�) during an internship in Tokyo, and worked as a trainee on the island Curacao. J.B joined an international law firm in 1986, and since then he gained experience in the areas of intellectual property law (with focus on trademark law and copyrights) and ICT, media law, M&A, general (Dutch and international) contract law and commercial litigation.
